Can you also do a search on your group (use "Search Members" (menu on the right above), select "Tayside" from the groups field (drop down menu) and click "search" and you will see a list of Tayside users.

Apart from those tagged as Group Management, all others are shown as Junior Members, can you PM me to let me know who should be upgraded to Response Team Member?
