Default On the edge... which group.

Evening folks.

I'm interested in joining a response group but not sure which group. The map of groups is too low res to see where I fall but I guess I'm on the border of Wessex and Gloucestershire (& Worcestershire) as my address is Coalpit Heath in South Gloucestershire but with a BS36 2 (Bristol) post code.

Perhaps someone could advise me on which way to go, based on my location and where I will be of most use.

Thanks.

Welcome Rog, I'm sure you get an informed reply shortly but the choice is ultimately yours.

Rog, you seem to be within Wessex Team H (Bristol) area. Warren Dukes is their Team manager living in Yate which is fairly close to you.

Welcome

South Gloucestershire is part of the Avon Police Area, so Wessex would be logical.

Wessex covers those areas which come under Avon & Somerset, Dorset or Wiltshire Police Forces

Well application has gone in with Wessex, forms filled in, pictures ready, photocopies tomorrow and meeting with the local team leader tomorrow evening... that was quick!

My mistake, Paul Broome is the Bristol Team manager. Either way I'm sure you will be placed accurately

I was wondering how long I had been team manager for Bristol!
