Hi all,
Im new here and just saying Helo,
Im based on the borders of Staffordshire and Shropshire, in Loggerheads near Market Drayton.
I dont know if there is a response team round here, but may well be looking to join one soon.
I may be changing my job soon, and that would hopefully free up my evenings and a lot of weekends, what could I bring....
Well ive been driving Land Rovers and other specialist 4x4s for over 25 years and at present drive a Disco 3, an ex-MOD defender and also have an original 80".
I was fully first aid trained (but lapsed some time ago), and have been carring out heavy recovery for 28 years, I am still involved with heavy recovery, not road vehicles but rail vehicles that have been involved in accidents and major incidents, using cranes and very specialist hydraulic lifting equipment, trust me when you have 127 tonnes of locomotive down a bank or dangling off a bridge, its takes some effort to get it back!
Anyway just a quick Hi, look forward to chatting with you soon.
Regards
Simon
