Joining question

Didn't know about 4x4 Response until I saw a link on someones forum signature, followed the link and found all sorts of interesting stuff :)

I've had Land Rovers since the late sixties and of course always help out in the snow and floods where possible. Been involved with HGV recovery so have a few years experience in that sort work.

The 4x4 Response is appealing but concerned that the monthly meets are in pubs, are they held anywhere else or is it just pubs?

Pubs offer large car parks and room for quite a number, and more often don't charge any extra. We use a restaurant chain that offers us a room to use too ... all they ask is that members buy food ... but even then its optional. We do meet and chat at the bar after a meeting, true, but frankly, everyone these days drinks OJ or soft gassy fizzy drinks.

I live right on the border of two different groups so I've got a bit of a Dilema on which group to join or can I make myself available to both groups ?
