This week has seen contact from several new teams which hopefully will be joining the national organisation shortly.
At national level we have also been contacted by several EPOs/CCUs asking for details of their local teams, hopefully these will lead to fruitful partnerships.
Hertfordshire 4x4 Response attended their first meeting of the Hertfordshire Emergency Volunteer Committee (HEVEC) on Tuesday 9th December. The group was well received by other voluntary groups and it was agreed that a MoU will be set up between the Group and the Local Resilence Forum.
Breckland Rover Rescue attended the W Norfolk EMU Festive Xmas Dinner on Wednesday.
Useful contacts were made including invitations to attend various meetings/training sessions with the Borough Emergency Wardens and to provide input to Local Community Resilience Committees.
Wessex 4x4 Response attended a pre-exercise planning meeting on Wednesday in preparation for "Exercise Equinox" in
