Forum problem - email notifications

Chaps,

My CP is set to instant email notification of new thread updates but i only get a daily update.

Any ideas??

Hi Mark,

Could you please visit http://www.4x4response.info/profile.php?do=editoptions and confirm "Default Thread Subscription Mode" is set to 'instant notification (sorry if you've already checked this).

Then go to http://www.4x4response.info/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription and confirm the threads you are subscribed to say 'instant' notification on the far right column. If you previously had another setting and have only just changed it threads that you were previously subscribed to may be on the old setting, you have to tick them then update them from the drop down below.

Please let me know how you get on with the above and we can go from there.

I have already checked & it has been set to instant for months.

Strange thing is, this one came thru instantly.
Normally I get a batched load of updates overnight.

I have tried clearing all my subscribed threads in the past then re subscribing after resetting to instant but it has never worked, hence the post......

Now i'm really confused
ps, all my subsribed threads are marled as instant.....

Ok, can you please send me a screenshot of http://www.4x4response.info/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription showing threads you are subscribed to and forward an email you are getting with weekly notification for those threads please. patrick.holmes@4x4response.com
