Hello
I'm an Emergency Planner from Norfolk, working previously with voluntary sector on LRF, now moving to severe weather planning
on LRF. If anyone wants to tell me anything about the recent severe weather that isn't already posted, feel free.
I have the greatest respect for 4x4 response (& Rover Rescue) having worked with voluntary colleagues in Norfolk area; gather everyone was pretty busy
in support ops over last few weeks. If that was you - well done.
regards to you all Ali.

Welcome to the forum!
And I hope you have lots of emergencies and severe weather otherwise you'll have nothing to plan for! http://www.4x4response.info/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Hi Ali,
Now all we have to do is persuade a few more of your colleagues to join us.It'll be good to have some input from our friends in the Cat1&2 responders.

Hi Bob
Yup, guess we should look outwards a little more regularly.
I'll promote when I see colleagues from Region (eastern england) and EPS.

I did suggest to our friends at the Cabinet Office & GOSwest that they should pop in once in a while, it'll be interesting to see if they do.

Doesn't hurt to drop the odd name, I had an enquiry via a colleague from a Chief Constable asking if we could suggest a referee for a team, so suggested two police forces, a regional office and the cabinet office might be in a position to say what is thought of 4x4 response locally, regionally and nationally. I believe that Force is now in contact with their local team.
